The hotel has very friendly staff. the king room was beautifully maintained and had a shower. - There is a nice variety of good food for meals. - the hotel is in a nice location within walking distance to everywhere.

The room is spacious for a better breakfast. The positives include favourable and marvellous location and parking on-site.

This place has a fantastic location and convenient onsite parking, making it a great spot to visit again in the future.

Loved the spacious king room and the delicious breakfast! Honestly, I could've stayed in that cozy room all day 😊. the location was perfect, just a hop, skip and a jump away from the ski slope.

I keep coming back for the friendly staff, great rooms, and delicious food. They even helped me find my lost bracelet on my first stay. It has all the amenities I need like Wi-Fi, free parking, and a bar/lounge area. Perfect for my business trips.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Matteo. the hotel overlooks the mountains, and our room was spacious and well-equipped. the location of the property was exceptional, being close to the slopes. There is a nearby place called Birkhahnalm where you can get quick meals. the breakfast at the hotel was delicious with a good variety of options.

We also had an unexpected snowstorm, but the staff went above and beyond to help us with our car and ensure our safety. The breakfast was great, the room was clean and spacious, and the location was just a minute's drive from the ski slope. The only thing missing was a spa, but overall, our stay at this hotel was absolutely fantastic. Super satisfied!

It was definitely a great deal considering it was included in the price. Lastly, the hotel's location was excellent. It was just a short distance from the slopes, making it very convenient for skiing or snowboarding.

The personnel had poor communication skills, and the room wasn't clean when we arrived. We had to call the reception for sheets and towels.

At Hotel Matteo, we got great value for our money with its modern and furnished rooms. The location was super convenient, just off the motorway, making it easy to access. The staff was really good, from the moment we booked to our friendly and helpful reception. And to top it off, the adjoining restaurant surpassed our expectations!

I had a great stay at this hotel in Flachau. the location was fantastic, with easy access to the slopes. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the slopes and start skiing right away. Secondly, the staff were really friendly and helpful. They made me feel welcome and assisted me with any questions or requests I had. Finally, the rooms were clean and well-maintained. I especially liked the fact that the shower was separate from the rest of the bathroom, providing privacy and convenience.

Everything was really good.

Reception desk helped us navigate a snow storm and arrange winter tires for our car. Cozy room with unique shower design. Thoughtful gesture of allowing us to use towels for drying skis after checkout.
